What is Coaching?
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as: “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”
In coaching, we use though-provoking questions to explore the client's strengths, values, and beliefs, to enable them to reach their stated goals. Through this discussion, we identify any barriers or needed changes to achieve the desired outcome. Most coaching sessions are 60 minutes and focus on specific outcomes with actions to realize these outcomes. Our goal is empower you to achieve your highest potential and bring fulfillment. |
