After 20 years as an executive and leader, I know fulfillment comes in assisting people reach their true potential.  My proudest moments were when those around me achieved goals they did not believe were possible. I founded Ignite Coaching & Consulting to provide executives, emerging leaders, and high potential individuals with the tools and strategies they need to transform goals and visions into realities. Using my executive experience and coaching training, I will employ a range of tools and techniques to help you understand your potential, intentions, and values in order to attain your desired goals in your professional and personal life.

As an established leader in the public and private sector, I have developed deep expertise in leading large and small teams through challenging situations. From strategic mission development to culture change implementation, I provide steadfast management engagement, team training, and project management to ensure your organization reaches its desired vision and mission.

I received my Certified Professional Coach Certification from the International Coach Academy and hold a Professional Coaching Certification (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation.
